What’s the Format of the Group?
- Your cohort is a small group so each participant receives the support and coaching they need during our 90 minute Zoom call each week.
- You’ll also benefit from one-on-one asychronous coaching during the week between group times. Share your questions and receive private, personalized coaching as we communicate via any combination of audio, video, or text.
*Up to a total of 2.5 hours per month
- You’ll have access to a private community space to talk with your group between weekly live group times.
- Each week a new concept on a theme will be introduced. You’ll have access to the recorded training and the weekly workbook with guided journal exercises one week prior to our live group time.
- This will allow you to learn and begin applying the concepts. Then when we meet live, our focus will be on understanding, coaching, and personal application.
