Helping Christian businesswomen convert their pain into godly power after narcissistic abuse

Welcome! I’m Annette Chesney

You’ve been through enough.
And now… you’re ready for something real.
Not just encouragement, but emotional freedom.
Not just functioning, but becoming whole.

That’s what I’m here to walk with you through —
one step at a time, in alignment with
the One who still writes beauty from ashes.

You’re Not Alone in This — I’ve Walked It Too

But this page? It’s not really about me. It’s about you — the story you’re reclaiming, the emotional freedom you’re ready for, the woman you were always meant to become.

You’ve made it out — but not all the way through. You’re functioning… but you know you’re not fully free.

From the outside, you seem strong. People probably think you’re doing fine — maybe even thriving.

You show up, keep going, hold it all together. But inside?
You feel the gap — between who you are now… and who you used to be.

You’re tired of circling the same emotional patterns. Tired of second-guessing yourself. Tired of shrinking to keep the peace.

You know in your spirit — God didn’t call you to live stuck in survival mode. And the version of “healing” that just helps you cope? It’s not enough for you anymore.

Because something inside you is stirring — a holy restlessness. A quiet knowing that you weren’t made for just comfort or coping.
You were made for impact. For authority.
For a life that reflects who God really made you to be.

And maybe no one ever told you this before, but I will: What happened to you didn’t disqualify you. It prepared you.

So if you’re ready for a deeper kind of healing — one that restores your voice, rebuilds your identity, and reclaims your future — you’re in the right place.

How I Moved From Survival to Strength
— and Why I Know You Can Too

I didn’t set out to become a guide for women recovering from narcissistic abuse. I was a former Pastor, working with small business owners helping them develop their leadership and their teams. In fact, for a long time, I didn’t even realize that narcissistic abuse was what I was living through.

It wasn’t just one relationship — it was multiple. In both personal and professional settings. From men and from women. The patterns were there… but I didn’t have language for them yet.

I did what I thought a wise, godly woman should do. I applied my background in recovery ministry. I gave grace. I extended the benefit of the doubt. I tried to problem-solve. I prayed. I pursued counseling. I worked on myself. I had the hard conversations, hoping for real change. But the more I tried to make it work, the more confused I became and the more traumatized I felt.

My confidence eroded. I started second-guessing my judgment… and questioning everything I once believed was true about me.
The fire that once fueled my calling? It didn’t just flicker — it nearly disappeared.

I held it together for a long time — doing what needed to be done, surviving behind a smile. But I was exhausted. Depleted. Disoriented and disheartened. And deep down, I started to wonder…Had I disqualified myself?

I kept asking God: “What’s wrong with me?” when the real question was: “What happened to me?” That question changed everything.

It launched me into a deeper kind of healing — one that reshaped how I saw myself, how I heard God’s voice, and how I rebuilt my life.

Over the years, I’ve deepened my ability to walk women through this kind of transformation — drawing not only from personal experience, but from decades of real-world leadership, mentoring, and spiritual formation.

The work I do now with women is both structured and Spirit-led — a process of healing the heart, renewing the mind, and rebuilding identity.

We untangle false beliefs, address grief that’s often hidden or minimized, and break long-standing patterns from past relationships and family dynamics. We clarify what’s healthy, what’s holy, and what no longer gets to define her. And as she heals, she begins to rise — discovering her voice, reclaiming her authority, and stepping into a life of alignment, impact, and vision.

But the greatest lessons weren’t from textbooks. They came through fire and refinement.

I’ve helped hundreds of people walk through disorientation and grief
into grounded identity, emotional freedom, and meaningful impact.

So no — I’m not someone who just went through a hard season and decided to call myself a Coach.
This work is the result of a lifetime of calling, professional training, equipping,
and partnering with God to guide my beautiful clients through the rubble and rebuilding process.

If you’re ready for more than just encouragement
— if you’re looking for a seasoned guide who sees your strength, honors your story,
and can help you step into your Kingdom Zone of Impact
with purpose and clarity — you’re in the right place.

I’ve seen what’s possible when a woman finally stops settling for survival and starts investing in the deeper work of healing, rising, and becoming…and I’ll bet part of you is realizing that the version of life you’ve been living isn’t the full story.

There are new and beautiful chapters still waiting to be written.

It’s not too late. You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

What if where you are now isn’t where your story ends — but where it finally begins?

What if the grief, the gaslighting, the years of second-guessing weren’t the end of your purpose…but the soil where something stronger is starting to grow?

You’re not here just to feel better. You’re here to become whole. To walk in wisdom and discernment. To know who you are — and live like it. To rebuild your life with clarity, confidence, and God-given authority. And maybe… to turn the very things that tried to break you into the fire that fuels your calling.

That kind of healing? It’s sacred work. You aren’t meant to figure it all out alone — especially not through years of trial and error. There’s a wiser way forward.

It would be my honor to walk it with you.

Whether you begin by receiving weekly encouragement, joining a workshop,
or watching a free masterclass — there’s a path forward.

But if you already know you’re ready for more than inspiration
— if you’re ready for the real work of healing, identity, and purpose — you don’t have to wait.
