For Christian women ready to rise from narcissistic abuse and lead with grace and power.

What if the version of your story you were handed
…wasn’t the truth?

The ashes are behind you. What lies ahead is more beautiful than you imagined.

Her Real Name Was Ella

Ella was used and abused by her wicked Stepmother and Stepsisters.

“Cinder-Ella” wasn’t just an insult — it was a tactic. A mocking nickname meant to shame her, as if all she was could be reduced to soot and ashes.

A calculated attempt to bury her beauty, belittle her strength, and make her doubt who she really was. Because if she remembered… they’d lose the control they had over her.

They stripped away her identity — not just her name, but her voice, her dignity, and her place in the family. Though she was meant to be cherished, she was treated as if she didn’t matter.

She worked endlessly to meet everyone else’s needs, while her own were ignored. And anytime she dared to speak up or push back, she was punished and put back “in her place.”

Ella felt unseen, unimportant, and completely alone.

But even in the silence… something sacred still remained. Not just a beautiful soul buried beneath the pain — but a glimpse of the woman she was always meant to become.

Sound familiar?

The Stepmother and Stepsisters in the fairytale were master manipulators — twisting truth, punishing honesty, and taking delight in control.

They were emotional abusers. Narcissists, hiding behind masks of superiority and righteousness.

They expected Ella to follow the role they scripted — to stay small, silent, and useful to them.

But Ella’s story didn’t end there.

She had a secret — someone who saw who she really was.

In the story, it was a Fairy Godmother. But in real life, you have something even better: Holy Spirit working in and around you to heal, reveal, and restore.

And Jesus — your true Prince — gathers you from the ashes, crowns you with purpose, and invites you into His greater story.

He’s already gone to great lengths to pursue you. He knows who you are. And He’s not ashamed of what you’ve been through.

He calls you by your real name.

Healing happens
in layers
— and it helps
to have a map.

This is the journey
I walk women through,
one phase at a time,
to rebuild from the ashes
and rise into the life
they were always meant to live.

Every woman’s healing journey looks a little different
— but the patterns are often the same.

That’s why I’ve broken this journey into 3 strategic phases
each designed to move you from where you’ve been…
to the life you were always meant to live:

From the walking wounded to emotionally free
From an eroded identity to your best self ever
From a lackluster life to one of powerful purpose and influence

Let’s Explore the Phases

You’ve left the toxic relationship,
but the emotional aftershocks
haven’t left you.

The anxiety, self-doubt,
and mental fog keep circling…
and you’re tired
of surviving on autopilot.

In this phase, we focus on healing the heart, calming the mind, and helping you feel safe in your own skin again — without guilt, confusion,
or constant emotional spinning.

Years of manipulation left you questioning your worth,
your voice, and your instincts.

Maybe you don’t even recognize
the woman in the mirror anymore.

Here, you’ll rebuild your identity,
rewire the patterns that held you back, and begin to see yourself
the way God does
— capable, powerful,
and deeply loved.

You know you’re meant for more
than just feeling “not broken.”

You want to live with purpose…
to lead, create, and make
a meaningful difference.

This phase is where you clarify
your calling, expand your vision,
and rise into the beautiful influence God always had in mind for you
— not despite what you’ve been through,
but because of it.
